中小企業(yè)財務風險的分析與控制

摘 要

企業(yè)興衰，財務為本。上市公司在經(jīng)營過程中，財務風險和企業(yè)的收益有著密切的聯(lián)系。財務風險具有不確定的特點，如果企業(yè)處理不當會使得企業(yè)在市場的競爭中處于不利的狀態(tài)。對于一個企業(yè)來說，財務風險對現(xiàn)金流的影響很大。都說財務是企業(yè)的命脈，決定著企業(yè)的采購生產以及銷售等環(huán)節(jié)能否正常進行。本論文以云天化集團作為依據(jù)，對企業(yè)的財務風險與防范兩個問題進行了深層次的解析。找出財務風險出的原因對于企業(yè)的重要性對此分析，找出財務風險帶來的危害和影響利用所學的知識進一步的討論。財務分析是財務管理的核心財務風險分析及對策財務風險分析及對策，財務預測是財務決策的關鍵，決策者制定公司年度計劃的同時離不開對財務風險和防范措施之間的預防。企業(yè)管理者通常的決策依據(jù)是財務，通過對本公司的財務報表分析，管理者能夠及時的做出更具科學性的決策。在論文的寫作過程中通過數(shù)據(jù)比對和數(shù)據(jù)分析，利用全面分析法對云天化及集團的財務風險和防范客觀的分析，這一過程警示企業(yè)資金要得到優(yōu)化，經(jīng)濟利潤要得到提升，就該重視財務風險。
